Where It All Started
Hello everyone, my name is Lena and I am the sole creator and owner of OMG Pour Creations, located right in the heart of north Queensland, in the Burdekin.

It all started on a late night, scrolling on my phone, as you do, and I started to coming across these stunning looking candles and after doing some research, I also then fell in love with resin art and I noticed that there was nothing like this in my area and that's when I decided that I would start my own business, ​I couldn't pick between resin art or candles as I just fell in love with both of them and the ideas I couldn't let go and so OMG Pour Creations was born
The Vision
It is no myth that some people if not most, mostly use their candles as decora, which is why were taking candles and resin art to another level. So why settle for plain white, boring candles that's in every house hold, when you can have stunning candles and beautiful resin art that will make you and your guest say "OMG" at first sight

About Our Products
Why choose our products? We aren't buying product and making them better. We are hand crating each one of our products from scratch and producing them right here, in the heart of the Burdekin, with some of the resin art even having real sand and shells from our local Alva Beach
All of our products being 100% handmade, allowing us the confidence and reassurance the genuine of our products.
Due to the Products being 100% handmade, this does me there are no identical products, however, I do try my best to ensure that every product is close to same as we can get them. There are no twins, only sisters
About Our Candles

All of our candles are 100% handmade from myself and that we all our suppliers are sourced right here is Australia and the candles are all made with either 100% Soy Wax, Gel Wax or a combination of both and you can find this information in the candles description.
With every new release of a candle, we always conduct testing: burn time, hot and cold throws (Fragrance Strength) and how the wax melts. Testing is important especially to our more fancier candles, to ensure that it upholds to being a candle.
What is Frosting?
Frosting is a natural, cosmetic crystallization of the soy wax, appearing as white, powdery spots, which is a sign of using 100% natural soy wax and doesn't affect burn quality. It's caused by wax molecules re-crystallizing as they cool. If the candle is exposed in a room with an A.C on, it is more likely to form more frosting then a candle that isn't.
Why Soy Wax?
Soy wax is a natural, vegetable-based wax from hydrogenated soybean oil, popular for making eco-friendly candles due to its clean, slow burn, biodegradability, and excellent fragrance retention, offering a healthier alternative to paraffin wax with minimal soot and toxins
About our Resin Art
All of our resin products are made mostly with Epoxy Resin and we source that right here in Australia
Even though all of a products are mostly made from epoxy resin, there are actually different types for different projects, eg. heat resistance, deep pour, UV etc. Because of this, we highly recommend reading the desciption of the items you are buying to ensure you are buying them with the correct intentions

What is Resin?
Resin has a range of different types, based on the art you wish to produce but all resin is made up of 2 parts (a resin and a hardener in a clear liquid form) and when mixed together and let sit for a duration of time we get what is best explained as a hard plastic.
Real Sand?
That's right! Real sand and shells from Alva Beach are used in some of our ocean theme pieces (will say in the description). The sand and shells are cleaned well before being added into the art pieces.
By adding real sand and shells into our ocean theme products, it's allowing you to feel close to the beach where ever you are
Most of our ocean theme items will contain sand from North Queensland beaches. Currently the sand will be from Alva Beach but we are looking at expanding on this...
